Bed sheets, towels, cleaning, energy, watter, sauna and wi-fi are included in the price.
Parking
Apartment has one selected parking spot located right next to the house. It‘s outside parking under the roof, marked C204. Cars with bicycles on the roof cannot be parked there.
Coffee, tea
To enjoy a great cup of coffee, we prepared an automatic coffeemaker for you. (Coffee beans grinding included). You can prepare: espresso, cappuccino, latte. Coffee is free and ready for you.
There is also free tea for you.
Sound/music
There is an invisible speaker built in the ceiling with a streaming device SONOS in the living room. For playing music (from phone, internet radio etc) install SONOS application into your device. Sonos AMP player presents wireless streaming of music using Spotify, Apple Music, Tuneln, TIDALu, internet radio, youtube and others. The Player is compatible with AirPlay. For Android is required application.
Electronic security system EZS
Apartment is equipped with an electronic security system Jablotron. You will receive a security keychain with your keys.

There is free high speed WiFi connection in the apartment.

There is IP-TV available in the apartment. You can connect HDMI, USB drive or gaming console to any TV in the apartment. (HDMI/USB connectors are built in furniture). Tv allows mirroring, youtube and other applications (TV Smart).

The sauna is available all the time except for a short period of time from 1 am to 5 am.
Safe
The safe is placed In living room.
Warning: Landlord is not responsible for valuables placed in the safe!
Washing machine
In case of need it is possible to use a washing machine, iron and iron board.

Price and accommodation terms
Price from 2 900 Kč/apartment and night (depending on the season and number of nights).
Minimal number of nights of accommodation are two nights.
Price doesn’t include the recreation fee.
No pets allowed, not even a small one.
Smoking is banned in all premises of apartment. Guests’ obligation is to act safely so no fire can emerge.
